Insulation retaining washers are used in conjunction with screws to secure insulation to timber, sheet steel and other non-standard base materials. The washers are 46mm diameter, manufactured from high strength Nylon, and feature recessed mounting for the screw head. The recess feature ensures that the screw head is well below the washer surface, reducing cold bridging and allowing for movement without damage to any surface finish applied.
