This four-hour rated, one-part, water-based acrylic sealant provides a firm yet flexible seal for joints in a wide range of fire-rated structures. In properly designed joints, Fire Mate® can resist the passage of fire for up to 4 hours, ensuring exceptional fire protection and safety.
Formulated with specialized fillers, EVERBUILD® Fire Mate® also offers excellent acoustic sealing properties, making it ideal for applications where both sound reduction and fire resistance are essential.
