Intumescent Hinge Pads are designed for use behind compatible hinges within fire-rated door assemblies. When exposed to high temperatures, the intumescent material expands to help restrict the passage of fire and hot gases around the hinge area.

Easy to position behind the hinge during installation, they provide a discreet fire-protection component for fire doors and compatible door sets where intumescent protection is specified.
